Upon receiving word of two trapped children, an arriving firefighter conducts a search and ultimately rescues one victim. upon returning for the second victim, the firefighter is notified via radio that the second victim has been located and to evacuate the build immediately. before the firefighter can get out, they are caught in a structural collapse. we then shift to a funeral where a grieving widow and small girl are presented with a triangle-folded flag and charred helmet. as the show wraps up, we celebrate the life of our fallen fighter and see how one little girl chooses to celebrate her father’s sacrifice.

The show features regional specific samples (radio traffic/addresses) which can be customized for your ensemble as well as a special moment mid-show where we involve the audience in applauding and remembering the lives of our fallen heroes.

The show was originally commissioned for Williamstown High School (Williamstown, NJ) for the winter of 2017 and was a Bronze Medalist at the Tournament Indoor Association (TIA) Atlantic Coast Championships.
